These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ma71 ("ma71", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ma71.net. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by ma71, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not access or use the ma71 platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ma71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via on-platform notification or email. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Access to ma71 and participation in any game, bet, or promotion is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the ma71 platform.

ma71 enforces age verification at the point of registration and may request supporting identity documentation — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the player lifecycle. Where age or identity cannot be verified to ma71's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any withdrawals will be withheld until verification is completed.

If you become aware that an underage individual has accessed the platform using your account or payment details, you must contact ma71 support immediately at [email protected]. ma71 recommends the use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content on shared devices.

To access the full range of ma71 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ma71. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts in the cluster will be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and any withdrawals pending from those accounts will be investigated prior to processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your account. ma71 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ma71 account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your account security settings.

ma71 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

All financial transactions on ma71 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ma71 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. Your account wallet balance will reflect the exact amount deposited in ৳ after any applicable processing.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. These limits are subject to change and the current limits shown at the time of transaction shall apply.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in certain circumstances at ma71's sole discretion, subject to additional identity verification.

• Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

• ma71 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service fees, for which ma71 accepts no responsibility.

ma71 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ma71 will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before making a final determination.

ma71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Only wagers on eligible games — as listed in the promotion terms — contribute towards wagering. Wagers on games excluded from a promotion do not contribute, and bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active may, at ma71's discretion, result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds are played first unless you actively elect otherwise in your account settings.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players on their first deposit. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
• Promotions with an expiry date will state the deadline clearly. Bonus funds not wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

Players are expected to use the ma71 platform in good faith, for legitimate recreational gaming and betting purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access the platform, any player account, or any back-end system through means not authorised by ma71, including the use of bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
• Match-fixing and inside information: Placing bets based on knowledge of pre-arranged outcomes or using material non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in bad faith while funds derived from that payment remain in your account wallet. Chargebacks are treated as potential fraud and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party accounts, or exploiting wagering strategies specifically designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine engagement.
• Money laundering: Using the ma71 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in any form.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel provided by ma71 — including live chat and support email — to harass, threaten, or abuse ma71 staff or other players.

ma71 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is suspected, ma71 may place a hold on the affected account and all associated balances pending investigation. The player will be informed of the hold and invited to provide clarifying information, except where doing so would compromise the investigation.

ma71 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund withholding.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Detection of a duplicate account linked to the same player.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as stated in the platform cashier section, and will be formally closed after 24 months of inactivity. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of formal closure will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to identity verification.

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your ma71 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Where the closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, ma71 will action the request immediately and without delay. Where closure is requested for other reasons, a standard processing period of up to 5 business days (BST) may apply. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to completion prior to final account closure where the player has passed identity verification.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may self-exclude via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications will be suspended and account access will be blocked. Requests to shorten an active self-exclusion period will not be actioned before the agreed end date.

ma71 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform stability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. ma71 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or factors outside ma71's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data or account information caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG malfunction, subject to the game provider's own dispute resolution process.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking institutions.
• Any loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the ma71 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ma71's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ma71 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits ma71's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and are intended to be reasonable in the context of the online gaming and sports betting industry. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
